Owner and trainer Kayleen Kollasch is an accomplished horsewoman with extensive experience in riding, training, and competing across multiple disciplines. Having been in the saddle since the age of two, Kayleen has been actively working, schooling, instructing, and showing horses for both herself and her clients since her mid-teens. At just 19 years old, she made the decision to forgo her amateur status and pursue a career as a professional rider.

Whether she is hacking on the trails, schooling off-site, or competing successfully at recognized events, Kayleen consistently upholds a “horses-first” philosophy, placing the physical and mental well-being of each horse at the forefront of her program.

Currently, Kayleen is pursuing her goal of advancing through the levels of eventing with her equine partner, American Cougar, and is passionate about helping her students chase their own competitive aspirations in a supportive and ethical training environment.
